Our founder, Nithya Sharma, a nutritionist with a deep-rooted belief in holistic well-being, found herself increasingly frustrated by the overwhelming and often confusing landscape of health supplements. Nithya observed that many products were either laden with artificial ingredients, lacked transparency in their sourcing, or simply didn't deliver on their promises. She realized that while she meticulously planned meals, finding convenient, truly beneficial supplements that fit her philosophy was a constant struggle. She craved something that offered a genuine "buzz" of vitality, derived from natural sources, without any hidden nasties. Driven by this personal need and her professional insights, Anya began experimenting with locally sourced, high-quality ingredients like real fruits, nuts, ethically sourced cocoa, and plant-based proteins. Her initial creations were simple energy bars and personalized protein blends, shared with friends and family who quickly became her most enthusiastic testers.

Nithya spent months meticulously researching, collaborating with food scientists and sourcing experts, ensuring that every ingredient met her stringent standards for purity, potency, and sustainability. She envisioned a brand that was transparent, trustworthy, and genuinely contributed to people's health journeys. BoostBuzz launched officially in 2021, initially with a small range of protein powders and energy bars.
